I’m a certified personal trainer with over 7 years of experience, and my journey into fitness started with my own transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I’ve gone through real-life challenges, including getting married young, going through a divorce, and navigating seasons that tested me. Through all of it, the gym became my foundation. It gave me a space to rebuild, to regain control, and to learn how to show up for myself no matter what I was going through.
Fitness didn’t just change my body—it helped me build confidence, discipline, and the ability to put myself first. Those same qualities have carried into every area of my life.
